Sunday morning sailing clinics
Union Sailing Club is now offering sailing clinics on selected Sunday mornings. The cost will be free for club members and $10 for non-members. Some possible topics are:

- race start strategy and practice
- mark rounding strategy and practice
-capsize recovery Dinghy
- capsize recovery catamaran
-capsize assistance
-heavy air sailing safety skills
-intro to racing
-intermediate racing skills and tactics
-Racing Rules of Sailing
-Race Committee training
-safe motor boat operation
-man overboard training


These would be informal discussions lead by some of our more experienced members followed by some on the water practice and coaching where applicable. A good refresher for all and great learning for those who are rusty or new to the sport.
