USC 2008 Early Summer Wednesdays Series: One more Wednesday to go in this series. It's still anyone's guess who will come out on top. Gib Charles, Jack Sasson, Jim Daus, Robert Pincus and Alan Boeve are separated by 14 points after 12 races.
There should be several Mutineers out Wednesday tuning up for the Nationals starting Thursday and that could really mix up the results.
Spring Sundays Series Standings as of June 15: We had shall I say a gentle wind Sunday afternoon. With Jack out of town, Paul Culnan backed into the dinghy series lead by a point. Allison Hazel took over the multihull lead. The Hathcock boys were out racing again in their prams with Mom driving a Butterfly for the first race.
2008 Spring Sundays Series Standings as of June 1: Jack Sasson moved ito the head of the Dinghy fleet with a solid 1-5-2 for the 3 races. Jim Mackenzie had a good day scoring 2-4-1. AD Chesley won the 2nd race in a borrowed Butterfly. Allison Hazel came out in her A-Cat to make her first appearance at the starting line and earn 2 bullets.
Spring Series Race Results - 05/04/2008: USC Series standings after 3 weeks and 9 races. We had some nice wind on Sunday. Paul Culnan is leading the dinghy fleet and Len Dolhert is leading the multihull standings. Next Sunday race is May 25. Come on out for Wednesday evening racing, it starts this week.
Thanks to Curtis Rist and DJ Hagberg for a fine job on RC.
2007 Fall Sundays Series Standings as of October 7: Two weeks to go and Jack Sasson leads the dinghy fleet and Andre Podoplelov leads the multihull fleet. Nice wind on the lake this time of year. Thanks to Gib and Tripp for RC 9/30 and David (H.P.) Soderland stepped in 10/7 to singlehandedly do the first RC turn of his life. Great jobs done by all.
