The Legend Continues - Jim Young Butterfly Clinic

Seven Union Club members met up with National Champion sailor Jim Young for a full day clinic on Saturday. Members new to the fleet merged with the familiar faces to create an eager group and a great clinic. Jim started the day with a talk about the finer points of the stunning little boat. He followed the chalk talk with a rigorous set of on-the-water drills, which ultimately led to some great racing by the evening. There were butterflies zipping across the horizon as the day came to a close and the winds bringing up the white caps. It was a great day at union, and a great spring “tune up” from the very well respected coach! Ciao,
